Peter began his career in real estate straight from school in 1975 with Milne & McRostie and commenced selling real estate in 1980. In 1988, he purchased the business that would later become Peter Calliss Real Estate. Having lived in Whyalla his entire life, Peter’s knowledge of the city’s history, neighbourhoods, people, and property market is unmatched.
Supporting Peter is Trudy Nolan, whose background in hospitality and customer service has helped shape her warm and professional approach to real estate. After spending 18 years in the hospitality industry, including roles in Sydney and aboard Australia’s iconic Ghan and Indian Pacific rail journeys, Trudy returned home to Whyalla and joined Peter Calliss Real Estate. Since completing her Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) in 2004, she has built a reputation for her friendly nature, professionalism, and genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their property goals.
